From the translation into russian, i personally did not fully understand what the module is doing. But after testing it, it seems, basically figured out. The module can be charged via a micro usb port, configurable (potentiometer on the board) to various battery voltages when using one li-ion battery (and not necessarily 18650). When the power supply from the accelerated charging, the module turns off and does not charge, because. Charging is 9 v, not 5 v. And the module limits the input voltage of about 8 v. That's only the second led i do not turn on. In theory, it should indicate the full charge of the battery. Wish to the manufacturer: to make the same module in a different format-in the dimensions of the element 18650.
