The NCP5351 is a dual MOSFET gate driver optimized to drive the gates of both high-side and low-side Power MOSFETs in a Synchronous Buck converter. The NCP5351 is an excellent companion to multiphase controllers that do not have integrated gate drivers such as ON Semiconductors CS5323 CS5305 or CS5307. This architecture provides a power supply designer the flexibility to locate the gate drivers close to the MOSFETs. The 4.0A drive capability makes the NCP5351 ideal for minimizing switching losses in MOSFETs with large input capacitance. Optimized internal adaptive non-overlap circuitry further reduces switching losses by preventing simultaneous conduction of both MOSFETs.

The TPS22968x-Q1 is a small, dual-channel load switch with configurable rise time. The device contains two N-channel MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.5 V and can support a maximum continuous current of 4-A per channel. Each switch is independently controlled by an on/off input (ON1 and ON2), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The TPS22968-Q1 includes a 270 Ω on-chip resistor for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off.

The TPS22968x-Q1 is available in a small, space-saving package (DMG) with wettable flanks and an integrated thermal pad. The wettable flanks allow for visual solder inspection. The device is characterized for operation over the free-air temperature range of –40 to +125°C.
TPS22968/Q1 Dual Channel Load Switch
OMO Electronic TPS22968/Q1 Dual Channel Load Switch is a small, ultra-low RON, dual channel load switch with controlled turn on. The device contains two N-channel MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V and can support a maximum continuous current of 4A per channel. Each switch is independently controlled by an on/off input (ON1 and ON2), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. In TPS22968, a 270Ω on-chip load resistor is added for output quick discharge when switch is turned off. The TPS22968 is available in a small, space-saving package (DPU) with integrated thermal pad allowing for high power dissipation. The device is characterized for operation over the free-air temperature range of -40 to 85°C. The TPS22968-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
