Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA): Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes: Littlefuse Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes are PPAP (production part approval process) capable with a single origin flow from wafer creation and testing to tape and reel. The AEC-Q101 qualified diodes offer durable protection for current and emerging automotive technologies.

12V-36V Automotive Grade AQHV & AQHV-C TVS Diodes: Littelfuse 12V-36V Automotive Grade AQHV (unidirectional) & AQHV-C (bidirectional) TVS are designed for very fast acting, high performance over-voltage protection devices. The devices protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overvoltage transients. AQHV diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. They can also safely conduct up to 8A (AQHV12) of induced surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition, tP=8/20μs) with very low clamping voltages. AQHV and AQHV-C Series are ideal for designers of automotive, industrial, networking, and even consumer electronics.
