MIC4609 3-Phase IGBT Drivers
Microchip MIC4609 3-Phase IGBT Drivers are non-inverting 600V drivers designed to independently drive the 6-IGBTs or MOSFETs. These MIC4609 IGBT drivers are comprised of six input buffers with hysteresis, four independent UVLO circuits, and six output drivers.The MIC4609 drivers feature a 300ns typical input filtering time to prevent unwanted pulses and a 550ns of propagation delay. These MOSFET drivers are available in a 28-pin wide SOIC package and the operating temperature ranges from -40ºC to 125ºC. The MIC4609 MOSFET drivers offer an operational supply voltage ranging from 10V to 20V.Learn More
