High Reliability TVS Diodes: Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O and the diodes are lead-free tin plated, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges.

The surface-mount 600W diode series is available in a compact DO-214AA SMB package. The SMBJ-HRA from Littelfuse protects sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surge and other transient voltage events. The components in these series have undergone a 100% screen sorting process.
