The AD8005 is an ultralow power, high speed amplifier with a wide signal bandwidth of 170 MHz and slew rate of 280 V/µs. This performance is achieved while consuming only 400 µA of quiescent supply current. These features increase the operating time of high speed battery-powered systems without reducing dynamic performance. The current feedback design results in gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 30 MHz while offering differential gain and phase errors of 0.11% and 0.4°. Harmonic distortion is low over a wide bandwidth with THDs of –63 dBc at 1 MHz and –50 dBc at 10 MHz. Ideal features for a signal conditioning amplifier or buffer to a high speed A-to-D converter in portable video, medical or communication systems. The AD8005 is characterized for +5 V and ±5 V supplies and will operate over the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C. The amplifier is supplied in 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOIC & 5-pin SOT-23 packages.

The AD8011 is a very low power, high speed amplifier designed to operate on +5 V or ±5 V supplies. With wide bandwidth, low distortion and low power, this device is ideal as a general purpose amplifier. It also can be used to replace high speed amplifiers consuming more power. The AD8011 is a current feed-back amplifier and features gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 25 MHz while offering differential gain and phase error of 0.02% and 0.06° on a single 5 V supply. This makes the AD8011 ideal for professional video electronics such as cameras, video switchers or any high speed portable equipment. Additionally, the AD8011's low distortion and fast settling make it ideal for buffering high speed 8-, 10-, 12-bit A-to-D converters. The AD8011 offers very low power of 1 mA max and can run on single 5 V to 12 V supplies. All this is offered in a small 8-pin PDIP or 8-pin SOIC package. These features fit well with portable and battery powered applications where size and power are critical. The AD8011 is available in the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD8031 (single) is a single supply voltage feedback amplifier that features high speed performance with 80 MHz of small signal bandwidth, 30 V/µs slew rate and 125 ns settling time. This performance is possible while consuming less than 4.0 mW of power from a single +5 V supply. This feature increases the operation time of high speed, battery-powered systems without compromising dynamic performance. The AD8031 has true single supply capability with rail-to-rail input and output characteristics and is specified for +2.7 V, +5 V, and ±5 V supplies. The input voltage range can extend to 500 mV beyond each rail. The output voltage swings to within 20 mV of each rail providing the maximum output dynamic range. The AD8031 also offers excellent signal quality for only 800 µA of supply current per amplifier; THD is -62 dBc with a 2 V p-p, 1 MHz output signal, and -86 dBc for a 100 kHz, 4.6 V p-p signal on +5 V supply. The low distortion and fast settling time make it ideal as a buffer to single supply ADCs. Operating on supplies from +2.7 V to +12 V and dual supplies up to ±6 V, the AD8031 is ideal for a wide range of applications, from battery operated systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation. The AD8055 (single) voltage feedback amplifier offers bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. Additionally, this amplifier is easy to use and available at a very low cost. Despite its low cost, the AD8055 provides excellent overall performance. For video applications, its differential gain and phase error is 0.01% and 0.02° into a 150 W load, and 0.02% and 0.1° while driving four video loads (37.50 W). Its 0.1 dB flatness out to 40 MHz, wide bandwidth out to 300 MHz, along with 1400 V/µs slew rate and 20 ns settling time, make them useful for a variety of high-speed applications. The AD8055 requires only 5 mA typ/amplifier of supply current and operates on a dual ±5 V or single +12 V power supply, while capable of delivering over 60 mA of load current. The AD8055 is available in a small 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead SOIC, and 5-lead SOT-23 packages. These features make the AD8055 ideal for portable and battery powered applications where size and power are critical. This amplifier in the R-8, N-8 and RM-8 packages are available in the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
