ON Semiconductor DFB2505 - DFB25100 glass passivated bridge rectifiers feature a surge overload rating to 300 amperes peak, high case dielectric strength of 2500 VRMS, and isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500 volts. ON Semiconductor DFB2005 - DFB20100 glass passivated bridge rectifiers feature a surge overload rating to 250 amperes peak, high case dielectric strength of 2000 VRMS, and isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500 volts.
