The track to the parcel was, but it was only china. Drove 1.5 months. Everything works. Starts somewhere from 4b already. It should be taken into account that the power is not large. Without load at least 24 v will make of 5 v, but under load the output voltage will be lower. For example, to power a 120mm fan, it hardly shakes it at 5 v input. Maximum 13 v. but if the entrance is raised to 6 v, the maximum is about 14.5 v. I think it triggered a current/power limit, about 5-6 watts. But i think it depends on the input voltage.
