These regulators are ideal for applications that need a direct connection to the battery and low power consumption. A logical "HIGH" at the CTL pin enables the device and "LOW" at the CTL pin not enables the device.

BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators: ROHM BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V absolute maximum voltage. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of ±2% (3.3V or 5.0V Typ.). The BD4x regulators are ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption.

Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers: ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges and maximum output current, that varies between 0.07A to 1.5A.
