15 days from order to arrival. The IC was packed but the solder is not removed and it is dirty. The legs of the IC are bent many times and are about to break. This is a second-hand commodity that has probably been recycled from discarded equipment. I tested all ten. Astonishingly, even such a shabby IC had no defects and everything worked perfectly. It is my second time to buy a shabby IC in this store. All ICs worked perfectly last time and this time. Great! The seller is doing a pre-shipment inspection, maybe.
