These 0.96mm or 1.1mm low-profile SMD chip diodes are ideal for portable electronics, communications, computing, and video equipment applications. These Bourns Rectifier Chip Diodes are designed to be mounted directly onto an FR4 PCB and fit the SMA (DO-214AC), SMB (DO-214AA), or SMC (DO-214AB) footprint.
