The AD8651 and AD8652 are high precision low noise low distortion rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifiers running at single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V. The single and dual amplifiers are both offered in the 8-Lead SOIC package and the single is also offered in the 8- Lead MSOP package. The AD8651/2 features high speed, high bandwidth, low noise and high precision. They are rail-to-rail output amplifiers with a gain bandwidth of 50 MHz and typical voltage offset of 150uV from a 5V supply. It also features low noise of 5nV per square root Hertz. The AD8651/2 can be used in communication areas, such as cell phone transmission power control, fiber optics networking, wireless networking and video line drivers. The AD8651/2 are specified over the extended industrial (-40°C to +125C°) temperature range.

The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 are single, dual, and quad rail-to-rail input and output single-supply amplifiers featuring very low supply current and 1 MHz bandwidth. All are guaranteed to operate from a 2.7 V single supply as well as a 5 V supply. These parts provide 1 MHz bandwidth at a low current consumption of 45 μA per amplifier. Very low input bias currents enable the AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 to be used for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications with high source impedance. The supply current is only 45 μA per amplifier, ideal for battery operation. Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs are useful to designers buffering ASICs in single-supply systems. The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 are optimized to maintain high gains at lower supply voltages, making them useful for active filters and gain stages. The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (–40°C to +125°C). The AD8541 is available in 8-lead SOIC, 5-lead SC70, and 5-lead SOT-23 packages. The AD8542 is available in 8-lead SOIC, 8-lead MSOP, and 8-lead TSSOP surface-mount packages. The AD8544 is available in 14-lead narrow SOIC and 14-lead TSSOP surface-mount packages. The AD8031 (single) is a single supply voltage feedback amplifier that features high speed performance with 80 MHz of small signal bandwidth, 30 V/µs slew rate and 125 ns settling time. This performance is possible while consuming less than 4.0 mW of power from a single +5 V supply. This feature increases the operation time of high speed, battery-powered systems without compromising dynamic performance. The AD8031 has true single supply capability with rail-to-rail input and output characteristics and is specified for +2.7 V, +5 V, and ±5 V supplies. The input voltage range can extend to 500 mV beyond each rail. The output voltage swings to within 20 mV of each rail providing the maximum output dynamic range. The AD8031 also offers excellent signal quality for only 800 µA of supply current per amplifier; THD is -62 dBc with a 2 V p-p, 1 MHz output signal, and -86 dBc for a 100 kHz, 4.6 V p-p signal on +5 V supply. The low distortion and fast settling time make it ideal as a buffer to single supply ADCs. Operating on supplies from +2.7 V to +12 V and dual supplies up to ±6 V, the AD8031 is ideal for a wide range of applications, from battery operated systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation.
