Seller zhulik. sells poor quality goods. One capacitor was 9000 uf and the other 15000 uf. This is a large variation of parameters. they are even by weight very different. Secondly, i ordered the paid delivery by finland post, and the seller sent by china post, the slowest. On the way the order was 46 days. I do not recommend this seller!
