    The chip markings are "1845-C", " CN480661", FT232RL. USB VID and PID are 0403:6001. The flux is not completely removed, power jumper pins (3.3V/5V) are damaged slightly. But the device appears to be working.

Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O and the diodes are lead-free tin plated, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
