Insufficient packing. All pins are terribly bent so the items are literally damaged. I am not going to open a dispute just because it is not worth the hassle. Check other feedbacks and you will see that I am not the only one saying this. It's a common problem when buying from this store. I recommend buying elsewhere. There are other sellers. I ordered from some of them at the same time. Items from them came more quickly and packed perfectly.
