TBD62783Ax DMOS Transistor Arrays
Toshiba TBD6278Ax DMOS Transistor Arrays are eight channel common power source transistors. These transistors have a clamp diode for switching inductive loads built-in in each output. The TBD6278Ax transistors provide up to 50V output voltage and -500mA output current with a low power dissipation of 1.47W. These transistors use BiCD technology to provide highly integrated through-hole (PDIP18) and surface-mount (PSOP18, SSOP-18, and SOP-18) packages. Operating temperature ranges from -40ºC to 85ºC.
