RFFM8550 Wi-Fi Front End Module
Qorvo RFFM8550 Wi-Fi Front End Module provides a complete integrated solution for Wi-Fi switch 802.11a/n/ac and LAN module. The RFFM8550 module is housed in an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching minimizes application layout area to reduce the number of external components. This RFFM8550 module makes easier the total front-end solution by reducing the bill of materials, system footprint, and manufacturing cost. The RFFM8550 module integrates a Single Pole Two Throw (SP2T) Transmit or Receive (T/R) switch and a 5GHz Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode. This RFFM8550 module is available in a package size of 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.4mm 8-pin DFN package. The RFFM8550QPCK410 development tool is designed to evaluate RFFM8550 front end module. Typical application includes cellular handsets, mobile devices, gaming, consumer electronics, and netbooks or notebooks.
