RFFM5765Q Wi-Fi Front End Module
Qorvo RFFM5765Q Wi-Fi Front End Module provides a complete integrated solution for Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth® systems. This RFFM5765Q module is housed in an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching minimizes application layout area to reduce the number of external components. The RFFM5765Q module makes easier the total front-end solution by reducing the bill of materials, system footprint, and manufacturing cost. This RFFM5765Q module integrates a 2.4GHz Power Amplifier (PA), Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), power detector coupler for improved accuracy, and some filtering for harmonic rejection. The RFFM5765Q module front-end module's both Wi-FI and Bluetooth can be received simultaneously and tested in accordance with AEC-Q100 standard. This RFFM5765Q module is available in a package size of 3mm x 3mm x 0.5mm 16-pin QFN package. The RFFM5765QPCK-410 development tool is designed to evaluate RFFM5765Q front-end module. Typical application includes automotive Wi-Fi, automotive diagnostics, and portable battery-powered equipment.
Wi-Fi Front End Modules
Qorvo Wi-Fi Front End Modules (FEMs) provide an integrated front-end solution for Wi-Fi applications. These Wi-Fi FEMs operate at a frequency range of 2.4GHz to 5.85GHz. The Wi-Fi FEMs includes primary functions like Power Amplifier (PA), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), switch solutions, filters, power-management, and device matching. These Wi-Fi FEMs feature high efficiency, low power consumption, and high linearity for maximum modulation. Typical applications include mobile handsets, access points and routers, service provider gateways, media solutions, and computing.
