PIN Diode Limiters
Skyworks Solutions Inc. PIN Diode Limiters are developed for use as a passive receiver protector in a wireless or other RF systems. These diode limiters feature low-insertion loss and low distortion. The PIN diode limiters are integrated into a single Micro Lead-frame (MLP) surface-mount package. The printed circuit board area is reduced by the small package design. These diode limiters have an operating temperature range of –40˚C to +85˚C.

Skyworks SKY16602-632LF Low-Threshold PIN Diode Limiter is a fully integrated PIN diode low threshold limiter module in a surface-mount package. The SKY16602-632LF is optimized for 0.2 to 4.0GHz operation and features a low limiting threshold (+5dBm typical). The diode has low insertion loss, low distortion and an integrated PIN limiter.
