Ordered 20 pieces, the seller sent 21, which pleased. When testing with the esr lcr tester (also from china) it turned out that of 21 pieces only 5 field, the rest bipolar. Doubting the quality of the tests, i retested the tester with a new firmware (there were earlier suspicions about the tester) and everything got to its place-21 jfet transistor. By the way, somewhere in the reviews someone wrote that he has all bipolar. So, test other devices, it should be all right.
