Toshiba L-MOS LVP Logic ICs are a 2-input OR Single Function Gate with 3.6V power down protection output. A high output current of ±8.0mA at VCC=3.0V and a operating voltage range of 0.9 to 3.6V make the L-MOS LVP ideal for a broad range of applications. The device provides super high speed operation of tpd=2.5ns at VCC=3.3V to meet designer's needs. Additionally, the L-MOS LVP Logic ICs enables a 3.6V power down protection output.
