AQx Series AEC-Q101 TVS Diode Arrays: Littelfuse AQx Series AEC-Q101 TVS Diode Arrays provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes from 7A up to ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2). These arrays are PPAP capable, single origin flow from wafer creation through testing, tape, and reel. The Littelfuse AQx Automotive-Qualified TVS Diode arrays offer a durable and compelling protection approach to address current and emerging interfaces in the automotive ecosystem.
