This NCL30160 Constant-Current Buck Regulator takes the constant voltage delivered by ON Semiconductor's NCL30051-enabled power supply and steps down the voltage to provide a constant current across the LED string. The hysteretic control of this ON Semiconductor NCL30160 Constant-Current Buck Regulator gives good power supply rejection and fast response during load transients and PWM dimming to LED arrays of varying number and type.
