I ordered three types of capacitors at 16 v capacity of 1500, 2200, 3300 mf, respectively, to the capacity of the first two claims there, it is just above the declared, but with condors for 3300 mf problem, their capacity is much lower, the results of measurements in the photo at the bottom.
