Vishay Semiconductors TCLT10 optocoupler series consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 lead SOP4L package. The elements of the TCLT10 optocoupler are mounted on one leadframe, providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. Vishay Semiconductors TCLT10 optocouplers feature extra low coupling capacitance and VIORM = 1050 V. The TCLT10 series is ideal for switchmode power supplies, computer peripheral interface, and microprocessor system interface.
