Delivery to belgorod almost 1,5 months. Checked in the work, at a current of 4 a, there is heating, above 4,3 a-heating is more significant, and the voltage drop increases. According to the characteristics, more similar to ss34, and the case size of 4,3x2,7mm indicates that it is a rewinding. (dimensions from datasheet to ss54 i bring in the photo.) I have the original ss54, they are more than 2 times in size and start to heat up when the current is above 6a. Therefore, for the description of the product, the rating is 1. so, be careful, if you need good ss34, order these. No 5a these diodes hold.P.s. The inscription was erased by an ordinary cotton stick with acetone, in the photo i hope to see. This is 100% rewinding!
