I filed for the input of module 12 v, it did not work-the fault led was lit. As it turned out, the module worked protection on the input voltage. If long twist потенциометер UV-SET, green LED lights, FAULT goes out and the module starts to work. Gives out stable voltage, i recommend to everyone.
