QPB742x RF Amplifiers
Qorvo QPB742x RF Amplifiers are GaAs pHEMT single-ended amplifier ICs featuring 20dB flat gain and low noise. These ICs are designed to support Fiber to The Home (FTTH) applications from 47MHz to 1218MHz frequency using a single 5V/8V supply. The QPB742x RF amplifiers offer low noise and distortion plus high gain in a SOT-89 package, for convenient layout and design. Applications include FTTH Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) and Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network (GEPON), head end CMTS equipment, and satellite low noise amplifier.
