The parcel arrived in two weeks. Appreciated the parcel as requested. Order processing 2 days. Communication with the seller is good. Now about the fee. The fee costs its money (8 mos transistors costs about 1 dollar). Short circuit protection and no overload. Put the machine at 16-25 amps, diode fast acting paralyzed power on the board. When charging and reaching on one of the cans of 4,2 volts there is a shutdown (checked), when discharge did not check (i think less than 3 volts). Alignment of the cans is very slow (checked on 5 banks in the parallel).
