C = 1.4 nf (from the original 5.95nf)Ut = 2 v (from the original 3.3 v)When checking on the load-heats up 3 times faster, there was some whistle at the transformer.When trying to do a repeat test, this transistor burned me with a pwm controller chip.P.s. it seems that somewhere in the plant stamp transistors in the same cases, and then on the same sculpt different inscriptions. On the original transistors the inscription was engraved with a laser by the way.
