QPF4578 Wi-Fi Module
Qorvo QPF4578 Wi-Fi Module is an integrated Front-End-Module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac/ax systems. This Wi-Fi FEM offers 5150MHz to 5925MHz frequency range of operation. The QPF4578 Wi-Fi module integrates a 5GHz Power Amplifier (PA), Single Pole Two Throw (SP2T) switch, and bypassable Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). This Wi-Fi module optimizes PA for a 3.3V supply voltage that in turn results in low power consumption and leading-edge throughput. The QPF4578 Wi-Fi module integrates die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics and offer 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation. This Wi-Fi front-end module provides a DC power detector with voltage output and an RF power detector with an RF output for power detection.
