High Reliability TVS Diodes: Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O and the diodes are lead-free tin plated, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.

The SMBJ-HRA from Littelfuse protects sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surge and other transient voltage events. The components in these series have undergone a 100% screen sorting process.
