To protect data signals, these iCoupler digital isolators provide the industry's highest surge protection of 16kVpk and withstand voltage ratings up to 5kVrms. For additional surge protection, the isolators have a 10KV reinforced surge rating. To support high speed communications and data integrity, the isolators have 150Mbps throughput, 14ns max. propagation delay, and 100kV/µs transient immunity.
