Works fine. Minimum voltage 1,4 v. minimum current 0,4 a.10 and gives not straining, but you need to cool. At 20 and not checked, i do not need. To charge the battery just right will go. On the output you can safely supply the voltage in the absence of the input. No diodes on the output should not be put. Trimmer resistors of 100 kohm. Both. You can take it.
