    Everything arrived in three weeks. Capacitors checked by number everything is in order. Noticed the dependence of esr on the breakdown voltage during measurements. Example; capacitor 33 uf \ 50 v. Esr = 4.9-5 ohms. Capacitor 22 uf \ 16 v esr = 1.4-1.6 ohm. The more capacity to 100 uf. The closer the esr to zero. Measured all esr meter with green screen. Just my observations. No reason to act.
