Toshiba TLP292-4 InGaAs Infrared & Phototransistor Photocoupler consists of phototransistors optically coupled to two InGaAs infrared emitting diodes connected inverse parallel. These devices can operate directly with AC input current. The TLP292-4 is housed in a very small and thin SO-16 package. Each TLP292-4 has a guaranteed wide operating temperature (Ta=-55 to 125̊C) and high isolation voltage (3750Vrms).
