LT1764/A LDO Regulators
Analog Devices Inc. / Linear Technology LT1764/A LDO Regulators are optimized for fast transient response and are capable of supplying 3A of output current with a dropout voltage of 340mV. The LT1764/A Regulators feature a well controlled operating quiescent current of 1mA, dropping to <1µA in shutdown. The LT1764/A offers a fast transient response and very low output voltage noise which makes the device ideal for sensitive RF supply applications.
