Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G
Qorvo Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are highly integrated solutions for 5G sub 6GHz massive MIMO architectures covering bands, n77, n78, and n79. These 2-stage power amplifier modules are compact with a small footprint. They integrate a Doherty final stage delivering high power added efficiency for 5G massive MIMO antenna array systems. All modules have a 50ohm input and output requiring minimal external components.
QPA3506 28V GaN Power Amplifier Modules
Qorvo QPA3506 28V GaN Power Amplifier Modules are 3.6GHz, 5W, 28V driver amplifiers with a frequency range of 3.4 to 3.6GHZ. The QPA3506 has a gain of 30dB and a Pout average of 5W. The modules feature a power added efficiency of 40%.
