The parcel was about a month. The details correspond to the claimed. excellent seller. I recommend.

In general, the converter is working. But the lower input voltage range is incorrect.Specified in the description the operating range from 3 v to 35. Specially took for use in the poverbank to increase the standard voltage of the elements 18650 of 3.7 volts to 5 volts, suitable for charging the phone.Alas, experiments have shown that at the input voltage below 3.5 v the converter behaves inadequately-sharply surge voltage at the output rises to 35 volts.And when the input drops to 3 volts-the output drops to 16 volts.The operating range of 3.0-4.2 volt batteries and when the battery discharge is below 3.5 v, you will burn your load/phone. The board ceases to perform the function of voltage stabilization.Already in the background, i finally looked at the datasheet on the chip xl6019-and there's a surprise,Input operation voltage: min 5 v-max 40 vSeller-correct the product description!!!

***OMO Electronic: This 16-bit I/O expander for the two-line bidirectional bus (I2C) is designed for 2.3-V to 5.5-V VCC operation. It provides general-purpose remote I/O expansion for most microcontroller families via the I2C interface [serial clock (SCL), serial data (SDA)].

***ASI: The PCA9555 consists of two 8-bit Configuration (input or output selection), Input Port, Output Port, and Polarity Inversion (active high or active low operation) registers. At power on, the I/Os are configured as inputs. The system master can enable the I/Os as either inputs or outputs by writing to the I/O configuration bits. The data for each input or output is kept in the corresponding Input or Output register. The polarity of the Input Port register can be inverted with the Polarity Inversion register. All registers can be read by the system master.
