Severe problem with quality. 7 out of 50 capacitors completely dead, showing either very low insulation resistance or capacitance of just several pF. As I couldn't believe my eyes, I tested it with several testers (see photos).If you look into feedback history, you will find out that more buyers found this issue (and to the rest I would recommend to test their nicely looking capacitors as well).The seller is ridiculously incompetent, saying "These are capacitors , we measure their capacity, not resistance."
