Because of the monolithic construction of the oscillator, the output power and phase noise performance are excellent over temperature. The power output is 8 dBm typical from a 5 V supply voltage. The voltage controlled oscillator is housed in a RoHS-compliant LFCSP package and requires no external matching components.
