Magl³C Variable Step-Down Regulator Modules
Würth Elektronik Magl³C Variable Step Down Regulator Modules (VDRMs) comprise a fully integrated current mode DC/DC power supply. These modules include switching power stage, control circuitry, and passives in one package. The MagI³C modules also have a built-in compensation circuitry and soft-start feature for a smooth and safe power up. These modules come in a small QFN package that is easy to solder onto a PCB where a low profile is demanded. The MagI³C modules require as few as five external components and eliminate loop compensation and magnetics part selection process. These modules offer high efficiency and deliver up to 2.5A of output current with accurate regulated output voltages.
