ISO776x/ISO776x-Q1 EMC Digital Isolators
OMO Electronic ISO776x/ISO776x-Q1 High-Speed, Robust EMC Six-Channel Digital Isolators are high performance with 5000VRMS in the DW package offering isolation ratings per UL 1577. Other safety-related certifications include VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC. The ISO776x while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low-power consumption. The ISO776x/ISO776x-Q1 series offers a wide array of pin configurations including all six channels in one direction, or some channels in reverse while the others remain in forward. The ISO776x/ISO776x-Q1 helps prevent noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry when used with isolated power supplies. The ISO776x/ISO776x-Q1 Digital Isolators are available in the 16-pin SOIC package. The ISO776x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
