Arrived in moscow instantly, probably in a week. Very well performs its function, the extreme adjusts the current, the second is the voltage. Tested on a children's electric vehicle from 12 v converted to 6, in one minute of testing nothing was heated. But the connectors input/output is very flimsy, when twisting them twists back and forth, very unreliable.
