MAX16150 Nano-Power Pushbuttons
Maxim Integrated MAX16150 Nano-Power Pushbuttons offer on/off control with a switching de-bouncer and a built-in latch. These nano-power pushbuttons produce a clean latched output with one shot Interrupt (INT) in response to exceeding switch closer over the debounce period at PB_IN. The MAX16150 pushbuttons feature longer switch closure, 32ms INT duration, up to ±60V pushbutton input handling, and ±15kV HBM ESD protection. These nano-power pushbuttons operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are available in 1mm x 1.5mm dimensions in 6-bump WLP and thin 6-pin SOT-23 packages.
