HFA08TB60PbF Ultra Fast Recovery Diode
Infineon Technologies HFA08TB60PbF Ultra Fast Recovery Diode has the basic ratings of 600V and 8A per leg continuous current. This diode is available in a TO-220AC package and is a well-suited companion diode for Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT) and MOSFETs. The HFA08TB60PbF diode offers a rectifier with lower noise and significantly lower switching losses in both the diode and the switching transistor. This diode provides reduced snubbing, RFI and EMI, and component count with low peak recovery current and reverse recovery charge. Applications include power supplies and power conversion system, motor drives, and other applications where high speed and high efficiency is required.
