Looks like rejection, if not fake/rewinding. Unfortunately, it is not possible to measure the resistance of the open channel, but the marking on individual transistors "walks" in height, which may indicate not the factory marking, as well as electrical characteristics (capacity and threshold voltage on the shutter) are also "walk", although transistors are marked with one batch.
