QPC3624 Digital Step Attenuator
Qorvo QPC3624 Digital Step Attenuator (DSA) offers high linearity over the entire 31.5dB gain control range. This attenuator features low insertion loss of 1.2dB at 1GHz, patented circuit architecture, 47MHz to 2000MHz frequency range, and fast switching speed. The QPC3624 attenuator can be operated in serial, latched parallel, and direct parallel modes of control. The patented circuit architecture of this attenuator provides overshot-free transient switching performance and the attenuator comes in a 24-pad 4x4x0.90mm QFN package. Typical applications include optical nodes, point-to-point, MDU amplifiers, pre-amplifier attenuation, inter-stage attenuation, and return attenuation.
