The parcel is delivered in about a month. Limit parameters did not check. For my application is suitable: in the supply voltage range of 3,2 v-4, 2 v current of 200ma is quite accurately stabilized. At a lower voltage, the current drops. Voltage drop on the line of leds 2,9 v. When the current increases, respectively, the lower voltage threshold increases, starting with which the stabilization is disrupted.
