Wolfspeed Z-Rec Rectifier Diodes provide extremely fast switching with virtually no switching losses. This is accomplished by high-frequency operation and temperature-independent switching behavior. These devices also offer the ability to parallel devices without thermal runaway, reducing heat sink requirements.Unipolar Wolfspeed Z-Rec SiC Schottky Diodes can replace bipolar rectifiers and are ideal for use in switch mode power supplies, power factor correction, and motor drives.
